1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the website at dalilogistic.com and all games on it (together, "Dali Logistic", "we", "us"). By using the site or creating an account you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookies Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Who can use the site
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- You must live in the United Kingdom.
- You may hold only one account, and it must be in your own name with your own email address.
We may ask you to confirm these details and may close accounts that don't meet them.
3. Free social games: no real money
Dali Logistic is a free-to-play social games website. It is not a gambling site. No real money can be staked, won or withdrawn, and no prizes of money or real-world value are offered.
Our games may look like casino games, but they are for entertainment only. Doing well in our games does not mean you would do well at real-money gambling.
4. Virtual coins
- Coins are a virtual, in-game feature with no monetary value.
- Coins can't be bought, sold, transferred, traded, withdrawn or exchanged for money, goods or anything of value.
- New accounts receive 50,000 coins, and a daily bonus can be collected every 24 hours.
- We may change coin amounts, bonuses or levels, or reset balances, for example to fix errors.
- Coins have no value outside the site and are lost if your account is closed.
5. Your account
- Give accurate information when you sign up.
- Keep your password secret. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us straight away through the contact form if you think someone else has accessed it.
- If you sign up with Google, Google's own terms also apply to your Google account.
- You can delete your account at any time from My account.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use bots, scripts or automated tools, or try to manipulate games, coins or levels;
- try to access other players' accounts, our server files or any part of the site that isn't meant for you;
- interfere with the site's security or performance;
- use the site for anything unlawful, or let anyone under 18 use your account;
- copy, scrape or reuse our games, artwork or content.
7. Games and availability
All games are our own and are provided "as is" for entertainment. We try to keep everything running smoothly but can't promise the site or any game will always be available or free of errors. We may add, change or remove games at any time. If a game malfunctions, results from that round may be void.
8. Intellectual property
All games, artwork, logos, text and code on the site belong to Dali Logistic or our licensors. You may use them only to play on the site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
9. Responsible play
Please play in moderation. If you'd like a break, account restrictions or account deletion, see Responsible Play or write to Player Care from the Support page.
10. Suspension and closure
We may suspend or close an account, or remove coins, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken, the account holder is under 18 or outside the UK, or the account is being misused. You can close your account at any time.
11. Our liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Because the site is free and coins have no value, we are not liable for any loss of coins, levels or game progress, or for indirect losses.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
